  • How do I schedule a session?
    Sessions can be booked over the phone, online or via email.
  • Do I need to buy the selected merchandise?
    No. You are not required to purchase any of the merchandise I select for you. There is absolutely no pressure to purchase anything.
  • Where do we shop?
    Where we shop depends on your needs and budget. The Teach Me Style Plus and Capsule Wardrobe sessions often take place at Yorkdale Shopping Mall.
  • Can you work with my budget?
    Yes. It is always your choice how much you want to spend on the recommended items.
  • When can I expect my Personalized Style Guide?
    I try my best to get you the complete version within a week of our session via email.
  • Can I purchase a package as a gift?
    Absolutely! Once you tell me when the person has received the gift I will contact them directly to arrange the session.
  • Do you offer any other “how to” services like hair or makeup?
    I can connect you with people in those trades who sometimes run “how to” sessions or we can customize a package to bring in additional services.
  • How many questions do I have access to after our session?
    Typically, this follow up service is limited to 2 questions/month.
  • What are my terms and conditions?
    All prices are per person in CDN $ Packages are subject to change A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to hold the date If you need to cancel or reschedule, 48 hours notice is required
